Ontario has entered stage-3 of our province wide re-opening plan (as of Friday July 16, 2021, at 12:01 a.m.), and operations at Sicard RV have changed to accommodate the updated government guidelines. Buying an RV:
Our Sales Department is now open for walk-ins but appointments are still encouraged.
- If you have an appointment with one of our Sales Representatives, call into our reception desk at (905) 957-3344 or call you Sales Representative directly to notify them of your arrival.
- If you do not have an appointment scheduled, you are encouraged to call into reception or walk into our building to be matched with one of our available Sales Representatives. Wait times for a member of our Sales Team will vary depending on how many appointments they have booked for the day.
- Masks are always required inside our building and while inside our RVs. You may remove your mask when outside dependent on the preference of your designated Sales Representative.
Demonstrations & RV Pick-Ups:
Demo's & Pick-Ups will continue to operate.
- When you arrive for your demonstration appointment, please enter the front doors of our building or dial into our receptionist at (905) 957-3344. Let them know of your arrival to get the process going.
- You will later be directed to drive around to our Demonstration Pad for your demo.
- Two people will be allowed inside your new unit with your designated Demonstrator. All other individuals must remain inside your personal vehicle or outside of the unit and off of the Demo Pad while the demonstration process is being conducted.
- Masks are required while inside our building, while on the Demo Pad and while inside your unit.
Having your RV Serviced:
Our Service Department is available by appointment-only and can be reached via phone call or text message.
- Stay safe and save time with our contact-less service drop-off. Call into our reception line at (905) 957-3344 to let them know of your arrival.
- Once your RV service is complete, your RV will be disinfected. A sticker will be placed on your RV to signify that it was sanitized and that no one has re-entered it.
- All Service transactions will continue to take place outside to encourage social distancing.
- Masks are required inside our building and when dealing with your Service Representatives.
Purchasing Parts & Accessories
Our Parts Department is now open for in-store shopping! Curbside pick-up is still available upon requested.
- Walk into our front doors and let our receptionist know that you want to enter the Parts Store. They will advise you when to enter depending on if the store is at its capacity (10 people) or not.
- If choosing to shop curbside, place your order through call or text at (905) 957-3344 or email parts@sicardrv.com. On the day of your pick-up call into our receptionist and one of our Parts Representatives will bring your products out to your vehicle.
- Masks are mandatory while inside our building.
