Closures Required To Perform Urgent Maintenance Work
The LINC will close 2 of the next 3 weekends to complete maintenance work related to an earlier report the City of Hamilton received. Additional repairs will be carried out as well.
Work Will Include:

Spot repairs to asphalt

Some sections of shave and paving resurfacing

Clearing catch basins
-
New reflectors
-
Repairs to some signage
Closure Dates
Due to the work required, weather may change the dates work will commence. Work is scheduled for:

Westbound: August 23 @ 9:30 PM until August 25 @ 11:00 PM

Eastbound: September 6 @ 9:30 PM until September 8 @ 11:00 PM
Alternate Routes
Motorists are encouraged to allow extra time for their travels and to plan alternate routes. Updates will be posted at: http://www.hamilton.ca/lincmaintenance
